The TransK9/C27 Double Dog Cage is one of our more spacious models. With a great finish and strategic design, it makes for a super fit in your Volkswagen Tiguan 2020 – Present.
Designed for optimum safety, the TransK9/C27 Double Dog Cage incorporates an emergency rear escape door designed for use in the event of the vehicles tailgate becoming inoperable due to impact or malfunction. You’ll be able to access your dog/s by lowering the rear passenger seats and gaining access to them from the vehicles rear passenger doors.
Within the TransK9/C27 Double Dog Cage’s clever design, other standard features include a removable central divider, key locking door handles for added security and for additional stability for the dog/s during transit, we also fit anti-slip matting inside the cage as standard. In fact everything you need is included for your Volkswagen Tiguan 2020 – Present – there are no hidden costs at TransK9.
Our cages have been independently crash tested at the University of the West of Scotland to ensure your dogs and your passengers maximum safety. Our unrivalled build quality and warranty will ensure your TransK9/C27 Double Dog Cage has many years of satisfactory service and trouble free ownership in your Volkswagen Tiguan 2020 – Present.
All of our dog cages have a special coating that offers protection against 99.9% of bacteria. This protection is created by embedding an antimicrobial additive (SteriTouch) into the paint we use to put the finishing touches to our cages.
All K9/B27 models manufactured after August 2020 will fit all model years of VW Tiguan if fitted with the variable boot floor/spare wheel. We would also suggest that you consider purchasing a suitable bumper protection mat which will help protect the painted bumper on the VW Tiguan and also stabilise the TransK9 box during transit.
*Please note the factory raised floor is standard fitment on most VW Tiguans fitted with a full size spare wheel.
If the boot does not have a spare wheel or adjustable floor then you will need to raise the box up. Please call us to discuss this!
