Delivery

Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order in good time and perfect condition and rest assured that we will do everything possible to make this happen.

Delivery of palletised items

Upon receipt of your order you will receive confirmation from us detailing your order – if you have ordered a Dog Box or Drawer Unit we will then call you to check the details and arrange a delivery day. Larger items (dog cages & drawers) are delivered on a pallet by Palletline and will require a signature upon delivery, at this time you are required to thoroughly check the item for any damage. You MUST do this – simply signing for the receipt of your delivery is not acceptable, under no circumstances sign the carriers delivery note until you have checked for damage.

PLEASE NOTE – During Coronavirus Pandemic the driver will place the pallet on your driveway or parking space and leave you to check the goods when he has left.

If damage is found please make sure you sign the carriers delivery note accordingly and refuse the delivery and contact us, we will of course endeavour to send you a replacement as quickly as possible (subject to a suitable replacement being available from stock). If no suitable replacement is available from stock for immediate dispatch we will advise you at this time of our next available dispatch date.

We are happy to deliver to your home address or place of work, whichever is more convenient. Delivery of palletised stock items takes just 3 working days; Next Day (POA). You will receive notification by email that your order has been dispatched along with confirmation of the anticipated delivery date (sadly we cannot guarantee a delivery time) but we can give you an indication on the day it’s being delivered.

Delivery of smaller items

Smaller items are delivered by the Post Office/UPS, and from dispatch are sent on a 48hr service. Airflow fans need to be signed for as do other larger items. Any damage/shortages must be signed accordingly and notified to us at the time of delivery, otherwise no claims will be considered.

We take great care to ensure that your delivery goes as smoothly as possibly, but it’s a sad fact of life that circumstances beyond our own personal control take over from time to time occasionally leading to delays and frustration.
