The TransK9/C26 Double Dog Cage is one of our more spacious models. With a great finish and strategic design, it makes for a super fit in your Jeep Grand Cherokee 1999-2004.
Designed for optimum safety, the TransK9/C26 Double Dog Cage incorporates an emergency rear escape door designed for use in the event of the vehicles tailgate becoming inoperable due to impact or malfunction. You’ll be able to access your dog/s by lowering the rear passenger seats and gaining access to them from the vehicles rear passenger doors.
Within the TransK9/C26 Double Dog Cage’s clever design, other standard features include a removable central divider, key locking door handles for added security and for additional stability for the dog/s during transit, we also fit anti-slip matting inside the cage as standard. In fact everything you need is included for your Jeep Grand Cherokee 1999-2004 – there are no hidden costs at TransK9.
Our cages have been independently crash tested at the University of the West of Scotland to ensure your dogs and your passengers maximum safety. All of our dog cages have a special coating that offers protection against 99.9% of bacteria. This protection is created by embedding an antimicrobial additive (SteriTouch) into the paint we use to put the finishing touches to our cages.
Fitting and care notes
There are no specific fitting instructions for this dog cage other than removing the rear Tonneau cover (if fitted) prior to installation. However we recommend that you consider purchasing a bumper protection mat which will help the protect painted bumper and also stabilise the TransK9 box during transit.

How to maintain your dog cage
We recommend periodic washing of your TransK9 this will help prolong its life and good looks! Occasional spraying of the lock mechanism with WD40 will ensure trouble free use for many years.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Sent pictures of labs in the crate so I could see in relation to size of our dog. Fits in care nicely and no rattles or moving around. Our Lab is very happy and settled in it from first journey. Allows a lot more control of getting him out of the boot. Well designed and built but still light enough to handle.
