We discussed the merits of each box and opted for the larger of the two. This was dutifully installed by Robert along with the mat and bumper protection. I cannot get over the solidity and quality of the box, no rattles or noises whatsoever. Robert also provided great advice for a single dog screen for my wife's car.

To prevent the doors on your TransK9 from making a noise during transit they are fitted with heavy duty rubber buffers from new. Over time (a lot of time) these can wear or be accidentally removed – replacement is easy as they are self- adhesive, but to be sure of a permanent fix add a drop of superglue when fixing.

Very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. Answered every question I had and was so helpful. Said would ship the next day (Thursday) and to expect it Monday. It actually arrived before lunch on Friday! Very well packed, easy to install and looks bespoke to my vehicle. Great experience all round!
