Very knowledgeable and helpful. Sent pictures of labs in the crate so I could see in relation to size of our dog. Fits in care nicely and no rattles or moving around. Our Lab is very happy and settled in it from first journey. Allows a lot more control of getting him out of the boot. Well designed and built but still light enough to handle.

To ensure there are no rattles or squeaks coming from your cages’ removable central divider they are fitted with small rubber buffers from new. These can wear with age or accidentally get knock off. Replacements are easy to fit due to their self- adhesive design, but for added adhesion just add a wee drop of superglue when replacing!
