We have looked for a while for a safe dog transit crate. From the off the company were great with their communications and delivery turned up when it should have. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Sent pictures of labs in the crate so I could see in relation to size of our dog. Fits in care nicely and no rattles or moving around. Our Lab is very happy and settled in it from first journey. Allows a lot more control of getting him out of the boot. Well designed and built but still light enough to handle.
