Fantastic customer service & product. Placed my order Sunday & received a call Monday morning to discuss the size of my dog to make sure she would be comfortable as I have a 2019 Mercedes A Class which has a strange shaped boot. The best boxes on the market! This is my second box only because I had gained a few more K9 friends and I am over the moon. The service is second to none with the most helpful and professional staff. I use my vehicle for competitions, working and demonstrations so to know my team are completely safe during transport and being away is utmost important to me and there’s no other box I would use!

We have looked for a while for a safe dog transit crate. From the off the company were great with their communications and delivery turned up when it should have. Really pleased with the crate as fits perfectly in our car. Would recommend Trans-K9 to anyone wanting a safe well made dog crate for their car.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Sent pictures of labs in the crate so I could see in relation to size of our dog. Fits in care nicely and no rattles or moving around. Our Lab is very happy and settled in it from first journey. Allows a lot more control of getting him out of the boot. Well designed and built but still light enough to handle.
